The foundation was formed for the purpose of soliciting capital and general operating funds for the use of the Orphanage of the Virgin of Guadalupe (OVG), located in Juban, Sorsogon, Philippines and as a means of providing United States of America residing fund contributors a tax exempt option.

Constructed a permanent home for the orphans to live in.
