Organization Description:
The mission of Esperanza International Foundation is to free children and their families from poverty through initiatives that generate income, education, and health; restoring self-worth and dignity to those who have lost hope. This is accomplished through a program that focuses on Microenterprise Development, Education and Training, Health Care and Health Education.
Example Project:
We refurbished and prepared 9 computer centers in strategic alliance with Microsoft providing over 6,500 young people with computer and business development skills. In the same communities we built 3 baseball stadiums for Little Leagues where currently over 1,000 children and young people are playing baseball, learning discipline, and growing their character.
