Organization Description:

Annie Grant's mission is to be a bridge to the world through providing unique, hand-crafted items which benefit the artisans, and local workers. They support women-owned businesses from developing nations, and provide an outlet to the Western market for local artisans. They are committed to working only with companies of the highest integrity - those who provide healthy and safe working conditions, pay fair wages, and provide opportunities for growth and advancement.

Example Project:

Annie Grant supports women-owned businesses and co-ops, who provide healthy, safe and progressive working conditions, as well as fair wages. The products purchased benefit local workers in the various communities. The purchase of these products benefits both the artisans, and the communities in which they live and work. Other products also benefit the environment through use of materials that are made from recycled wood or plastic.
